- Estate Planning and Probate. We work with individuals and families to establish and put in place effective plans for the distribution of assets upon death. We will help you select the best strategy to meet your goals and will prepare all the documentation necessary to implement your plan, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance health care directives. We also represent executors, administrators, personal representatives and heirs in all matters related to the settlement of an estate through probate.
- Family Law. We represent men and women throughout the divorce or family law process, from the initial filing and temporary determinations of custody, visitation and support through post-judgment requests for modification or enforcement of existing divorce orders. We handle all matters related to divorce, including child support, alimony/spousal support, child custody and visitation, and marital property settlements.
- Personal Injury. We protect the rights of people who have been injured because of the careless or negligent acts of others, focusing our personal injury practice on cases involving car accidents, workplace injuries and premises liability.
