We will take care of all the requirements, providing notice to any creditors of the deceased and making certain all public announcements are handled. We will help you prepare an inventory of the assets of the estate, pay all final debts and taxes, and oversee the orderly distribution of property according to the will. We also represent clients in probate litigation, including will contests.
